Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute fresh, creative content (images, videos, text posts) that highlight the achievements of our swimmers both in and out of the water. - Expand our follower base across all platforms while fostering a tight-knit community. - Attend swimming events and training sessions to create authentic, on-the-spot content. Ideal Candidate: - Proven experience managing social media accounts, growing communities, and creating engaging materials. - A background or strong interest in swimming or sports is essential for understanding our vibe and values. - Photography and videography skills to capture live moments beautifully are a huge edge. - Someone bursting with ideas and ready to contribute creatively while maintaining excellent communication with the team.
