Deliverables I’ll rely on: • Continuous monitoring of agreed keywords and brand mentions, with near-real-time responses • Regular creation of positive, conversation-starting posts that align with each client’s voice • Rapid identification and mitigation of negative comments or reviews, including escalation when needed • A concise weekly report outlining key wins, karma shifts, sentiment changes, and next-step recommendations If you have previous crisis-response wins or experience moderating large subreddits, make sure to highlight them—stories and metrics speak louder than resumes here.
