Commission-Based DM Outreach VA

Hi there! I’m looking for 5–10 reliable Virtual Assistants to help grow my small business website service through DM outreach on Instagram, Facebook, and Email. What you’ll be doing: Send 150–250 personalized DMs per day to small businesses. Engage with businesses in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and other English-speaking countries. Use provided scripts/templates for outreach (friendly, non-spammy, value-first). Track responses in a spreadsheet for follow-up. This role is commission-based: You earn a fixed amount per sale (£20–£30 per converted lead). Payouts are quick, typically right after a sale closes. No upfront costs or fees. Requirements: Fluent English (written). Comfortable using Instagram, Facebook, and Email for outreach. Professional and friendly communication style. Reliable and self-motivated — able to hit daily DM targets. Basic spreadsheet skills to track leads and responses. Extra: Opportunity to scale with multiple accounts or markets.
