About Us: Padel Pulse Ace is a Turkish sports brand specializing in high-end padel balls (57% wool content) and next-generation rackets with advanced technology. We are growing our international presence and want to strengthen our social media visibility — especially on Instagram — to engage players, clubs, and distributors. Role: We are looking for a creative, reliable, and budget-friendly social media manager based in Turkey to manage and grow our Padel Pulse Ace Instagram page, following the style and quality of @pallapsport. Responsibilities: • Plan and publish engaging posts, reels, and stories (3–4 posts per week). • Create sporty, premium-looking content (using brand assets we provide + stock/edited videos). • Write attractive captions in English & Turkish with relevant hashtags. • Interact with followers, respond to DMs, and grow community engagement. • Share performance reports monthly (followers, engagement, reach). Requirements: • Based in Turkey (familiarity with padel/tennis community is a plus). • Experience managing Instagram business pages. • Skills in Canva / Photoshop / CapCut or similar editing tools. • Creative eye for sports branding, reels, and promotional content. • Ability to work within a low-budget startup environment.
