sms services website

I need someone (only from India) who can create a desktop sms software / sms gateway a complete sms services website for me. Details of the software and website required are as follows:

- user has to register on website to create an account to send sms through desktop software or through website.

- after user registration verify users through mobile activation code should be send to their mobile.

- it has to connect to the sms gateway via smpp protocol. I have a gateway username,password and all connection settings already.

- user can import contacts from multiple sources like Microsoft Outlook/ Express or any ODBC compliant data source

- There must be a credits system and an admin area which i ll be able to add/modify users and add/modify the credits of the users.

- Send SMS messages of up to 459 characters.

- Supports two-way messaging.

- can view history of sent SMS from software and/or from website

- Send sms through MS Outlook

- send sms through MS Excel

- scheduler facility

- delivery report if my services provider supports but i want facility in bulk sms software / sms gateway

- Plus a web pages for sms website, domain and ftp will be provided.
