Your main mission is simple: make scheduling effortless. You’ll coordinate meetings, send timely reminders, and ensure my Google Calendar is always up to date and free of conflicts. Alongside that, I’ll rely on you to handle routine customer communication and tidy data work so I can focus on higher-level tasks. Key responsibilities • Manage and optimize my Google Calendar—no overlaps, clear labeling, instant updates • Reply to email and chat inquiries in Slack promptly, using my preferred tone and canned responses where appropriate • Maintain accurate records and perform data entry or cleanup in Microsoft Excel Acceptance criteria for success • Calendar reflects all confirmed meetings within 30 minutes of notification • Customer emails or Slack messages receive a first response within 2 hours (during agreed working times) • Excel sheets are updated daily with zero formatting errors If you thrive on organization, communicate proactively, and know your way around Google Calendar, Slack, and Excel, I’d love to collaborate.
