I’m developing a smartwatch-style device and need a compact micropatch (microstrip patch) antenna that operates reliably at the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi/Bluetooth band. The form factor has to suit a wearable, so low profile, light weight, and body-proximity tolerance are all important. What I need from you: • A complete electromagnetic design of the patch, dimensioned for common FR-4 or flexible substrates and tuned for 50 Ω matching at 2.4 GHz. • Full-wave simulation files (HFSS, CST, ADS, or similar) showing S11 below –10 dB, realistic radiation efficiency, and a clear far-field pattern when mounted on a small ground plane typical of a watch. • Fabrication-ready outputs—layout, Gerber/ODB++, and a concise design report explaining the stack-up, matching method, and expected performance near a human wrist. I’ll use the package to prototype quickly, so please keep the model clean, editable, and well-documented. If you have prior wearable antenna experience, let me know; otherwise solid patch work at 2.4 GHz is fine. I’m happy to answer any layout or enclosure questions as we go.
