Buy and send prepaid simcards from the Netherlands

We need real simcard from different carriers providing prepaid simcards in the Netherlands. The simcards are for testing dataconsumption when using chat apps with roaming for a new service we are working on. Unfortunately we do not have simcards, and getting hold of them outside of Nerherlands have turned out to be difficult.
We are therefor looking for someone to help us buy 10 simcards from kiosks from as many carrieres as possible, and ship them to us.
