I am starting up a new business printing on "Icing Sheets" with food grade ink so that people can decorate their cakes, cookies and cupcakes quickly and easily. I will print any picture or artwork on these "Icing Sheets" for pretty much anyone who wants this service. The printing will be customized to the needs of each customer.
Now to the reason I am here...
I need someone to design a nifty and colorful logo and OpenCart shopping cart template for me. I need to get started selling these printed "Icing Sheets" so I need to get going on this project soon. I would like to have a finished site within two weeks or so. I have already installed the OpenCart shopping cart software on my server and have it running properly. I have also installed a few modifications to the OpenCart software and also have them running well. Now I need a template design and logo. Pay attention all of you designers out there.

you will see the kind of site I am looking for. I like the brighter colors that reflect candy, cakes, desserts etc. I like the greens and reds and cream colors. The new template has to convey the feeling of fun and celebration like a party but not as extravagant as a full fledged party. The above website is pretty close to what I am looking for. I don't want it to be the same but the general idea and feeling of the site would be the same. I know that the elements would be positioned differently because of the way OpenCart works but there are some things I would like to have. I would like the heading to be thinner than the above website...maybe half as thick. I would also like the width of the site to fit the majority of monitors without having the horizontal scrollbar appear on the smaller monitors. After looking at the site above please make your bid and let me know exactly what you are capable of.
I have a budget in mind for this project so please tune up your pencils and let's make this happen!
Someone who has done templating work for OpenCart or osCommerce will be preffered.
