TikTok, shopify and Facebook Order Fulfillment Specialist

I'm in need of a seasoned product management expert who can assist with order fulfillment particularly on TikTok, shopify and Facebook. This project involves: - Overseeing inventory management to ensure stock levels are optimal and timely replenishment is arranged. - Monitoring shipment and delivery tracking to guarantee orders are dispatched on time and to the correct destinations. - Providing excellent customer service and support to handle any inquiries or issues that may arise. The ideal candidate for this role should have extensive experience with Shopify, TikTok and Facebook as e-commerce platforms and third party applications such as dser, 4seller and Aliexpress. Proficiency in managing these platforms is a must, as well as a strong background in product and stock management and control. Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude are essential for providing the necessary customer service and support.
