Shopify Expert Needed - Fix Cart Not Working

This is an easy project for a good Shopify coder who knows what they are doing. I have a store and when people put products in the basket and hit the checkout button it loads a blue spinning circle and doesn't load the checkout page.
I am getting orders but I believe they are paying using Apple pay or Paypal as the checkout is not functioning correct.
