Customization Programming on Shopify

1. we are building a shopify e comm site with products with different variants (eg. S,M and L) & with variants too.
2. also we have customized/bundle products with different variants (2 products + variants ).
3. we have the shipping charge rules based on category, variants and cart items.
4. Eg. shipping rule, Rs. 10 for size Small products & 50% discount for other products if more than one product is added in the cart.
5. similarly we have few shipping charges rules/conditions need to be implemented.
