Script to change IP and name of printer

I need a script to change the IP and name of a printer which works on Windows 10, 2019, and 2012. The primary goal is to change the IPs on windows 10 machines.
The old printer IP is [login to view URL] the new one is [login to view URL]
The old name is WORKROOM the new Name is MEETINGROOM
the driver stays the same, The IP and name are all that is changing.
this can be done in power shell or otherwise, but I need a script I can easily run on every one of my 14 computers.

Do you want the script to run on multiple clients and change the IP & name? Are those already changed on the server side/printer itself? I could do this in powershell, it will take a bit of testing from your side.
