I require a basic PowerShell script to update a file to make the use of BGinfo easier.
I want this script to check a bginfo file on the users C: drive, and compare it to a master file on a network drive location. If the master file is newer, download it and replace the file on the users C: drive.
I figured that PowerShell would be the easiest way to do this. Each users computer currently runs a batch file on each startup to update the BGinfo data on their desktop, and I'd like to be able to incorporate this Powershell script silently into the batch file.
