Word, Excel, SharePoint Specialist - Personal Assistant

Job Description:
We are currently looking for someone in London to assist us with
1 - Updating all of our current word and excel documents to the latest version
2 - Good knowledge with Microsoft 365 products , word , outlook , excel
3 - Have proven experience in document control and creation in SharePoint
4 - Ideally someone who has been worked as a personal assistant or similar role for 3+ years
Can provide new solutions to assist us to streamline all aspects of the business and bring in new ideas.
We are a small construction company based in central with a small office near oxford circus - you will be required to come into the office 2 - 3 times per week so must be local to London
3 month contract with potential to assist long term for document control etc
