Our organization went through a name change. The underlying SharePoint MS 365 had to be migrated to a new 365 space. We faced(d) 3 challenges. 1-a limited IT department 2-unnecessary groups, teams, distribution lists…..3-poor internet.
What do we need.
1-a SharePoint developer to review our environment -(mostly files) 5-10 hours
2-to outline policy on when to use lists, shared mailboxes, groups, sites….(4-8 hours)
3-based on the policy merge all documents into one site with 2 categories -public -sensitive (10-20 hours)
4-create/consolidate some SP process docs…(5 hours)
5-train. Support. Handoff. (20 hours)
6-review permission settings and close 5
7-1 page outline of process needed for remaining/new desires identifies during this transition……
