Implementation of Document Control System via Sharepoint

Currently looking for Expert SharePoint developers with the below skill set/experience: Prior experience in: o Implementing document control systems using SharePoint technology o Knowledge of either BS 1192 or ISO 19650 information management principles (file exchange during project delivery stages) o Knowledge of the AEC market and associated technologies and work methods, in particular, related to document controlling Prior experience in implementing document control systems that include the below features: o File Management:  Setup of Folders, Usergroups and Permissions (at admin/usergroup/folder levels)  Metadata tracking such as, Originator, revisions, status, dates, etc.  Development of template setup that can be deployed/replicated to a new project easily o Approval Workflows:  single or multiple approvals and multiple workflow steps  option that on a certain workflow step to mandate attachment of a specific template file, without it the workflow will not allow to pass into the next workflow step  allowing for file documents to move between folders during workflow automatically (e.g.: file document in a WIP folder will move into a Shared folder once approval is given in the specific workflow step) o Audit Trail / History of documents:  single document audit trail (History of the document) or transmittal based audit trail o Archiving of documents:  Keep a record of any previously issued revision for a document, while showing only the latest available revision of said document. o File Formats of documents:  File types to manage will include the below main types: • Word, Excel, PDF, Powerpoint, Visio • Autodesk Revit - .rvt • Autodesk Civil 3D - .dwg • AutoCAD - .dwg • Others (to be specified) If you are qualified and interested in working with us, please provide your initial offer in order to proceed with a meeting to discuss this further.
