Hi all, I am looking for a power automation for employee IT onboarding. For eg.
1. HR fills up basic details of the form for eg. Emp name, line manager, start date then submits
2. Line manger receives it and then he fills up other details like what access level employee [login to view URL] eg.. sharepoint sites in checkboxes, applications to install etc and submits then a [login to view URL]
3. IT team receives it and has an attachment option to attach any invoice or mention any cost in this and has a comment box.
4. Finally finance team receives it and approves it or rejects it.
This form then needs to be stored in sharepoint with all the history
