Build a simple workflow in sharepoint. I would like to create a simple workflow in Sharepoint. 5 Forms with 5 questions each.
For now, they can be labeled as follows:
F1 - Q1
F1 - Q2
F2 - Q1
F2 - Q2
And so on...
All fields can be "Single Line of Text"
Form 1 is completed by the user (user 1) that starts the process
Then Form 2 and 3 occur in parallel and are sent via email to two additional users (users 2 and 3) to complete.
Once both of those forms are complete, then form 4 is sent to another user (user 4). After that user completes form 4, then form 5 is sent to the initial user (User 1).
Once the final form is completed, then all fields are sent via email to User 1. All data fields should be stored in a SharePoint list.
