Looking for a programmer to develop a tracking system within Sharepoint. Our accounting system generates a list of outstanding bills for our collection efforts. This list is presently linked to Sharepoint for viewing. We want the ability to track collection efforts and assign collection to individual. All collection efforts are to be posted in a discussion forum specific to the individual bill. If addition action or assignment to someone else it should allow email/assign feature.
A combination of discussion and issue tracking would be a good starting point.
