I would like to initiate the configuration of idvanced Work Assignment (AlA) in ServiceNow to automate and optimize case handling. & Requirement Overview: Automatic Case Validation: Once a case is created, it should be automatically validated. Keyword-Based Evaluation: The system should scan the case body for specific keywords. If keywords match predefined criteria, the case should be promoted to an incident and tagged accordingly. If no match is found, the case should remain as a case. Routing Logic: Cases should be routed to the respective support group based on: BU Accounts Keywords from the case body Shift schedule Agent availability from Agent Workspace Incident Tagging: If promoted, the case should be tagged as an incident for tracking and reporting. Fallback Handling: If keyword criteria are not met, the case should follow standard routing logic as described above.
