• Working as an Engineer on Service Now’s HRSD Scoped Application with COE data model. • Configured various HR Services, Record Producers, implemented New Joiners • onboarding flow using flow designer, jointly built Virtual Agent for Retirement and Resignation process. • Provided improvisations solutions to ServiceNow HR product team. • Design and build virtual agent and agent workspace for HR. • Workday integration to pull employee records into ServiceNow. • Implemented 1000+ ATF test for HRSD application. • Build & Design HR application for the client which involves Migration, Integrations with 3 party tools, designing the complete flows, catalogs as well as Employee Document Management. • Employee Document Management – ServiceNow has been implemented in this project. • Implemented new HR Portal layout making use of OOTB portal pages configuration hereby removing almost all customizations.
