We are an Australian on-line business which sells trivia quiz questions to hotels and other organisations for fund-raising nights.
We are looking for a part-time office administrator located in the Philippines or a similar time zone. You would be required to work at least 5 hours per day Monday to Friday. As the business expands we may need you for more hours per day.
It might also be possible to introduce a commission structure on top of the hourly rate for new business that you bring in.
It would be preferable if you could work two or three hours in the morning and two or three hours in the afternoon or evening, since purchase orders come in throughout the day, and we like to fulfill the orders promptly.
You must be:
• expert in written and spoken English with good general knowledge (you must be able to write English like a native English speaker)
• proficient in MS Office
• able to edit video clips, and create PowerPoint presentations.
Initially the work will be creating PowerPoint presentations which will incorporate short video and audio clips. More than 5 hours per day may be required for this as the work must be completed by the end of August.
Later your duties would include responding to emails, fulfilling orders of trivia question packages, updating the packages of questions, and expanding the business.
