I have recently rebuilt my site in OScommerce, and launched the new version in january with new geo-specific domains as well as the original. The old site was very successful on search engines, with first page positionings for most of the primary key words. Although I thought I did everything correctly, the new site has slipped off and isn't permforming on google -- perhaps duplicate content from the various domains? though i had work done to keep each language site spidered in its own language only, but maybe that didn't work. perhaps variety of languages waters down the keyword importance? perhaps i messed something up with the htaccess files? I had sitemaps made for each domain through freelancer, maybe there is something not right with these? The original site didn't even have sitemaps and it was very successful across the board with my keywords.
I need an expert to look carefully at the site and tell me what has gone wrong and what needs to be done to fix it, then we will proceed with the work of fixing it.
The domains are [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view] and www.xinamarie.co.uk. The geospecific domains seem to be performing OK, not great, but OK. But the .com domain has plumetted. I can give access to the google webmaster tools as well.
