I’m building a custom browser automation tool and need a developer who can code the entire workflow from scratch. The core tasks involve writing the logic that will handle everything I throw at it—scraping structured data, interacting with page elements, and running repeatable test sequences—so the automation needs to be both reliable and easy to extend. You may use any modern framework you’re comfortable with, but the final solution must be written in HTML, Python, and JavaScript. I picture Selenium or Playwright driving the browser, with Python handling the heavy lifting and JavaScript snippets injected where client-side control is faster. If you prefer a different stack that still keeps those three languages at the heart of the project, I’m open to your suggestion. At this stage I haven’t locked in specific target sites, so the script should be designed to accept a URL list and configuration file, then adapt on the fly to new pages with minimal tweaks. Please code with clear separation between site-specific selectors and the core engine so I can plug in fresh selectors later without touching the main logic. Deliverables: • Well-commented source code (HTML/Python/JavaScript combo) • A concise setup guide and usage README • Sample config or selector file showing how new sites are added • Short screencast or step-by-step notes proving the tool runs end to end on at least two demo pages Acceptance criteria: I’ll run your script locally, point it at my own list of URLs, and verify it completes a full extract-submit-test cycle without manual intervention. Let me know which libraries you plan to use, how you’ll structure the project, and an estimated timeline for each milestone so we can get started right away.
