Apart of providing official training for Cisco and Fortinet, we also provide training for over 700+ IT course titles to our customers globally to meet specific IT training needs.
We are currently looking for a Project Manager in India, who is goal-oriented self-motivated and will oversee the general operations of our office and ensure that logistical needs are met.
Assist in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities.
Following up inbound inquiries – from new and existing clients.
Communicates with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
Develops relationships with key customers and vendors.
Someone who understands how the supply chain works as well as very good communication is needed.
Handles company conferences, and events logistics, including booking rooms, choosing vendors, inviting guests and booking travel arrangements.
Knows how to buy Cisco student kit and Cisco labs.
Works with our vendors to make purchases and reconcile invoices.
Provides direction and guidance to internal teams to achieve performance targets.
Identify problems in operations processes and resolve them in quickly and timely manner.
Assists with preparation of the budget for assigned areas of responsibility; researches and prepares projections for related expenditures, revenues, and needs; controls and monitors expenses within budget; submits periodic budget updates and documents expenditures.
Prepares accurate reports for upper management.
Ensures daily, weekly and monthly deadlines are met.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Management / Economics or other related areas
3+ years’ experience in an office management capacity or in a coordinator role
Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
Proven ability to work collaboratively with others
