Move Existing Oscommerce to 2.2 and redesign front end

Job Description:
Trying this again as I seem to have posted before without a heading! [login to view URL], needs to be redesigned to have a cleaner front end (I like the idea of tabs denoting manufacturers at the top centre, with categories - boots, jackets etc - as text links to the side). Needs to be on OsCommerce Milestone release 2.2, and I need as many of the contributions included as possible (to give you all an idea, someone has offered 50 included and integrated into the management console - I just don't like their design work)
Preservation of the existing catalogue and settings on installation is critical, and minimum downtime of site during the conversion process is important.
Maximum interest will be given based on the following criteria:
Design (think greens and browns and maximising ease of use)
Number of useful contributions installed and integrated into the managment console
Speed of work and installation.
Money is ready to pay - just need top people to pick this up and impress me. There WILL be future work for the succesful bidder as we plan to launch 3-5sites over the next 12months.
