We're looking for consultant to install and advise use for this project. We would like to implement an online predictive dialer with a mini CRM that allows telemarketing agent to log on to the web and work remotely by doing outbound calls. It should have these features:
1) View Real-time statistics
2) View Reports
3) Remote monitoring
4) Auto Call record
5) Upload leads on auto or on demand
6) Online messaging (managers & agents)
7) Update/Edit customer details
8) Customize fields
We currently have an Intel dedicated Core2Duo server on dedicated 1mbps bandwidth. We will be using termination carrier which has yet to be decided.
We've look into both elastix call centre and vicidial. Both have the features we want but elastix seems to have more appeal in terms on presentation. We will be looking to further customization that will lead to a full pledge CRM that integrates with whichever software that we will use. So you can expect long term ongoing work.
Jobscope of consultant will includes:
1) Expert advise on which software to use - bear in mind on further ongoing customization
2) Installation and configuration of asterisk and predictive dialer software. If elastix is recommended, it has already been installed but was having issue with the call centre module.
3) Advise and developing the mini CRM. What we need for now is simply customizing the customer fields.
This will be phase 1 of the project. The consultant MUST have experience and have installed a working model. We need this to be up in 6 days.
75% of the payment will be given once the job is completed and working. The remaining 25% will be given to you after the 14 days of testing. You will have to give 14 days free support for testing and removing any bugs.
