I have installed a Credit card payment gateway, the integration is very close to being finished but when a live order is attempted to be processed an error is coming up. I need someone to go over this and fix the error so that live orders can be successfully processed. We are getting the following error at merchant side. This error due to server configuration settings. Our server settings are not allowing gateway to access our file. the error 406 is something which is wrong configured on our server. May be mod security settings. Please set up correct configuration to allow gateway to file on our server please. kindly find the error obtained given below. “notify parse error: &lt;!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//IETF//DTD HTML2.0//EN"&gt;&lt;html&gt;&lt;head&gt;&lt;title&gt;406Not Acceptable&lt;/title&gt;&lt;/head&gt;&lt;body&gt;&lt;h1&gt;NotAcceptable&lt;/h1&gt;&lt;p&gt;An appropriate representation of the requested resource /[login to view URL] could not befound on this server.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Additionally, a 404 NotFounderror was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;hr&gt;&lt;address&gt;Apache/2.2.8(Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.8 OpenSSL/0.9.8b mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635mod_jk/1.2.25 Server at [login to view URL] Port443&lt;/address&gt;&lt;/body&gt;&lt;/html&gt; Error:XML_Parser: SYSTEM or PUBLIC, the URI is missing at XML inputline 1:48” The response I have received from the servor company is the below. Hi, We have gone through this issue. The error message only apply when we select Wiki Gateway. If we select Echarge Gateway, online order processing successfully completed. You could check it further with your application developer especially for /public_html/vi wiki-request.php.
