I have a server with CentOS 5.4 installed and I have downloaded the files needed so far to configure specs below I now just need someone to config remotely.

Call forwarding to;
Sip config with Gafachi
remote agents will have sip softphones registered to vicidial
Our receiving gateway for sip call from gafachi will also be vicidial / asterisk
So basically we have to get only incoming minutes
I need my server and software configured so;
Agents can run reports on DID numbers to see there talk time how many calls and from who
a. need agents to have extension and voice-mail
b. I need call forwarding settings where I can add a number, set a schedule, or turn on or off the line so it wont receive calls in que live.
c. I need to have an option for; 1. extension should call each of my phone numbers in order, just once or 2. Extension should call each of my phone numbers indefinitely, until someone picks up.
option 1. I need to be able to have a transfer greeting i.e., “Please hold while your call is transferred” and then on-hold music then goto voicemail.
Option 2. answer the call give message then just hang up
If I want to try(without breaking with Gafachi) some different outgoing vendor or different toll free provider I would need a softswitch to receive sip calls from those other providers. I need to have my own independent voip softswitch+pbx integrated into my server as well. I would like to be looking for the best price and quality being able to change providers when necessary. If we don't implement it now, I want it to be a possibility to make voip softswitch+pbx a part of our set up in the future.
