Asterisk PBX with VoIP

I would need to set up an asterisk/ PBX with 2 dial plans.

Dial plan 1 on up to 16 VoIP lines with the following functions:

- choose language

- get 10 digit numbers

- lookup number into a MySQL table

- if not found, lookup CID into a MySQL table

- if still not found transfert the call to a voicemail

- Add the number into a MySQL table

- Generate and read a confirmation number over the phone

- If anything fails, read a failure message and the call to a voicemail

- Hang up

This dial plan is detailed into the text file attached with this project. Please let me know if you need more information or if you would prefer an other way to communicate my needs.

Dial plan 2 on 4 VoIP lines with the following functions:

- choose language

- Play introduction

- On 9, goto Dial plan 1

- On 3, transfert the call to an other VoIP line and log CID

- On 1, Lookup in MySQL table to find a VoIP or a PSTN number, then transfer to that number and log CID

- If the transferred call is not answered, transfert to a mailbox and send the message by email.

We are looking for an expert in VoIP/asterisk in order to set up from scratch a turnkey advanced hosted PBX and configure Linux and Asterisk. Advice will be needed on any equipment we will need to purchase and help to identify suppliers.

We only would consider working with experts with proven record/demos. Please serious bidders only with good Asterisk knowledge. I need it done as soon as possible, so please mention went it could be on line.
