PSP UMD ISO Game Tutorial

I'm looking for a well written Tutorial of at least 6000 words (8-10 pages) on the hacking of a PSP with all version types 1,1.5,2.01+. Instructions on upgrade and downgrade of firmware. How to run ISO's off the memory stick. No copy paste jobs... Must be intuitive and easy to follow with a step by step procedure. Pictures also must be included. This is a 1 hour job for a guru. This is for educational purposes, not for the circumvention of copy protection on a PSP system.
