Gift Card Program Added to Charity Site

Hi, I'm planning to purchase a charity website soon. It's Joomla based software. Here is live demo link to the website [url removed, login to view] What I'd like to do is to add a feature on the main page where people can purchase charity e-postcards. They are similar to e-cards. Please visit this link [url removed, login to view] and follow throught a few of the steps to see what I'd like to have done.
Here is a brief summary.
1). Person will be able to purchase an e-postcard on the site and customize the postcard then send it to someone.
2). That person will receive the e-postcard.
3). That person will then be able to redeem the card at the site and donate the money to the charity of their choice.
I need someone who will be able to
1). change my joomla template to accomodate this feature
2). design the the e-postcard script so that person will be able to receive personalized e-postcards
