Beschreibung: Hallo, ich baue gerade mein eigenes Sport-/Fitness-Coaching mit einem monatlichen Abo-Modell auf und suche jemanden, der sich um den Vertrieb kümmert. Mein Ziel ist es, mich voll auf das Coaching und die Kundenbetreuung zu konzentrieren, während du dich darum kümmerst, neue Kunden an Bord zu holen und die Deals abzuschließen. Mein Angebot: • Zum Start gibt es einen einmaligen Signing Bonus von 100 € als Dankeschön für deinen Aufwand. • In den ersten zwei Monaten erhältst du 50 % von jedem abgeschlossenen Deal. • Danach verhandeln wir neu, sodass die Zusammenarbeit für beide Seiten fair bleibt und langfristig Sinn ergibt. Was ich dir gebe: • Alle Informationen und Materialien, die du brauchst, um mein Coaching überzeugend zu verkaufen. • Klare Einblicke in mein Angebot, damit du dich sicher fühlst und authentisch auftreten kannst. • Volle Unterstützung von mir, damit du erfolgreich bist. Wen ich suche: • Jemanden, der Lust auf Sales hat und motiviert ist, Ergebnisse zu liefern. • Erfahrung im Vertrieb ist ein Plus, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich. • Ehrlichkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Biss sind mir am wichtigsten.
