We are a house cleaning company in need of a new phone system that is capable of handling calls within our CRM platform, Salesforce.
We use Salesforce for almost every aspect of our business from sales to customer support and hiring contractors (cleaners). We take advantage of the both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features to facilitate our business processes.
Current Phone System Setup:
At the moment we are using Fenero as our phone system. It supports basic inbound and outbound call functionalities using their web based soft phone dialer/IVR system with each region having its own phone number.
The current system does not directly integrate with Salesforce.
Future Phone System Setup Requirements/Improvements:
- To have a customizable IVR system where we can customize call routing and answering procedures
- To be able to make and receive calls within Salesforce
- To be able to receive voice mails
- To have call queues
- To be able to transfer calls to specific agents or queues
- To be able to log a call in Salesforce after the call ends and to have a link to the recorded call
Technology to be used:
We are planning to use the Twilio platform as our new phone system which is a developer focused solution.
We need a consultant/developer who has experience integrating Twilio with Salesforce and can develop a solution to satisfy the requirements stated above.
You will be working with the head of IT in this project.
Tasks would be discussed, tracked and assigned in JIRA
