The purpose of project is to track all time spent by Agents in SFDC.
The timer application should track all time that is spent by each agent on SFDC Objects, Desktop Applications and Web or anything else.
For e.g. If Agent opens a Case and work on few things like updating Case Info, Researching Articles, Attaching Articles, Write some email or document while Case window is open then the entire time should spent by agent on all these activities should be tied back to that particular case.
This is just to provide an overview, detailed documentation will be provided via official channels.
