setting up an integration of ROOR

Hello, We are launching a system and need help with integration of several programs. We bought a podio called "wholesale hacker" However we are trying to integrate some other programs other than the ones that were integrated for us in this system. I am looking for someone that has worked with xencall system. We want to integrate this system with Podio. xencall offers free integration but we are wanting to take advantage of a system called "speed to lead". We want leads to be able to be sent to top of the list based on selection on podio by the way we categorize them. We also need to take advantage of the live call feature in some format where there is some type of way our callers can answer the call on podio. We also need data from xencall to be loaded into specific motivation level selected on xencall and vice versa where we can select leads motivation level. Wholesale Hacker already has categories for leads and is integrated with tasks and jobs based on this but we need another category that works with but we need additional categories strictly for xencall integration that set priority of call so that we can set 4 priorities of calls. this will allow zencall to put calls in front of other calls. Zencall has caller texts integrated and we need that data seamlessly transfered to Podio. Another program we are integrating is one called ROOR which is a text message and Ringless voice mail system. I am checking with their tec support on their integration but wanted to know if you have any experience with this program. One thing we want on ROOR integration is SMS templates with clickable buttons with specific responses that can automatically be selected and sent automatically by podio through ROOR so our assistants can send messages based on responses and select them on podio to send. Another thing would be good is if there was a way to limit access of what specific users can see such as separate work space. We don't want specific people seeing all sections of Podio. As longer goal as we will probably need help with specific things down the road. We will need KPI or tracking profit loss and marketing costs. We have a built in one with our podio but will wish to expand. Our current Podio uses Zillow for comps. We want to use a program called Propstream as our default program. Would like to be able to integrate a section that pops up under our seller leads that allows us to open a window to pull comparable market analysis on properties and enters data
