We are a small web design company that primarily does websites for small and mid-sized businesses. For each project, we assemble a small specialized team that works on all necessary tasks. That’s how we keep the costs down but we're also quick and very friendly with our clients.
In addition to websites, we can also provide logo designs (or complete identity), copywriting for the website and specialized blog post writing (SEO purposes).
The company is based in Europe, but the group of people working together is from all around Europe and Americas. We like that everyone is mobile and can plan their days the way they want to, but that’s also why we’re looking for people who are self-motivated, people who are hustles, who can set their own goals and work toward them. We have a manager that makes sure all projects are on time and carried out smoothly.
We are looking for talented and well-connected Independent Sales Reps in US, Canada and across Europe to sell affordable websites. It’s a commission-only position (10%), but there are no restrictions on the number of clients you can bring in or services you can sell. Bonuses are not unheard of, for a job well done and outstanding performances.
You will be paid for projects in two payments because clients pay us in two payments as well. 50% at the beginning of the project and 50% at the end of the project. At the moment we pay bi-weekly, so you won’t need to wait for your payments long.
You will develop leads and sales through your contacts and by actively contacting businesses in your area, going to events or any other ways you see fit. It is important that you build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth. You will not need to prepare proposals, nor contracts, we will take care of that, as well as all other customer services.

Basic knowledge of Wordpress.
If you have some design or development experience, that’s helpful and welcome, but not necessary.
Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals.
Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
Exceptional verbal communication and personable approach.
Excellent listening skills.
2 years of direct work experience in an external sales capacity preferred.
