Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Complete our 2 weeks training program, become competent so as to effectively and efficiently perform the duties of Cloud-based Information technologists, Energy and Smart Tech Brokers, Consultants or Independent Agents.

• As Cloud-based Information Technologists, Energy and Smart Tech Brokers, Consultants or Independent Agents; candidates will be assigned a virtual sales support team with a designated territory. The team will provide the specific sales support services generating leads and scheduling appointments for you to see more qualified customers and close more deals at a faster rate.

• Develop an active sales funnel consisting of existing leads and contacts within the Osiris James Group CRM Database, sales and marketing automation platform.

• Accurately report the status of all active business opportunities and facilitate clear communication of key performance metrics including but not limited to; potential clients visited, number of follow up appointments scheduled and the number of sales made on a daily basis.

• Develop an expert knowledge of the customer service upgrade value proposition customer engagement pitch.

• Ability to work 25 - 40 hours per week and cover a minimum of 15 to 25 appointments with potential customer visits per week during peak business hours.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills demonstrating poise and professionalism via communication channels such as phone, email, in—person and social media and the ability to prioritize,

• Customer Services and B2B sales experience in any industry is a plus,

• College Students and Recent college graduates are welcomed,

• Excellent verbal communication skills,

• Excellent self/time management Skills,

• Ability and willingness to learn and follow a proven script,

• Motivated, optimistic and a steadfast self-starter,

• Excited by new innovations in business technology.
