Mentorrupted is a very fast paced growing digital marketing agency from Sarasota that is taking the world by storm with our disruptive approach to digital marketing. We take care of more than 100 clients in the ecommerce industry. Our goal is to provide our clients with the best possible marketing services, and customer service available on the market. Our packages are tailored to suit our customers needs and experience, with our aim to generate as much sales as possible for the client, to grow their business even further. To date we have generated multiple 7 figures in sales for a range of clients and we are adding to this daily, positioning ourselves as a market leader in the space.

Your role in the team:

Responsibilities include (but aren't limited to):

As a key member of the team you will be responsible for:

Demand Generation via multiple channels

Managing customer relationships

Being a strong brand ambassador for Mentorrupted

Respond to customer inquiries with active listening

Resolve customer technical issues with patience and understanding

Identify additional needs customers may have and help them to upgrade products or services

Make sales in line with KPI’s

So, what are the essential criteria to apply?

References and qualifications (diplomas)

Exceptional conversational English verbal and written communication skills

Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment

Customer service experience or customer service oriented skills such as empathy, active listening, and resolution-minded aptitude

Strong interpersonal skills

Eager to learn new strategies and be a ‘self starter’

Have access to and own a computer/cell phone

We also have some desirable criteria:

Extremely Organised and diligent Individual as this is a fast paced environment

Previous experience in E-Commerce/Marketing advantageous but not essential

Previous sales experience advantageous but not essential
