We want to build a long term relationship with a professional Sales/Customer Service Assistant to work with our upmarket, internationally renowned publishing and training company in the women's personal development industry. We are seeking an honest, friendly, self motivated, responsible, person who communicates well and has attention for detail. You need to be very organized, quick learner and savvy with virtual online tools. Candidate should be reliable, consistent and able to take initiate and have office management skills. This is an ongoing position for the right person who enjoys working in positive and uplifting women's environment. There will typically be 6-12 hours per week that will lead to 20 hours per week. Hours may vary according to company activity and your performance. Functions: Respond online to customer queries via Facebook CRM data entry and data management Respond to email queries via our help desk and return calls to our customers Follow up phone calls with students to upgrade to the next course Bonus skills may include * Writing * Research * Event management * Editing Critical Skills Required: *Email etiquette *Customer service *Sales/Customer service experience Preferred skills: *Infusionsoft or similar CRM application *Facebook *Asana *Skype *Gmail *Google *Drive. Hours of Work: Our business is primarily operated from Australia in the AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time). Although we are an international business, many of our clients are based in Australia. We would expect you to conduct any necessary phone communications during a portion of time across our work day 9am-5pm. Many activities can be completed in your own time. I have experience of 6 years in customer support (the last 3 years at a startup with an online booking tool) which will help me cover all aspects and functions that are necessary for this position. My everyday tasks include all bullets mentioned under the critical and bonus skills. I have also worked as administrative secretary and my computer and office management skills are excellent.
