A New York based company (SettleLiving), is offering a work from home sales associate manager + CRM manager. Experience with calling, sales or customer service is required. You must love talking and texting on the phone, and be driven to succeed! You will be calling and texting young people who are already interested in renting our furnished rooms and you will be asking them qualifying questions to make sure they are a good fit for us. (If you haven't called people in the past, please do not apply). You must be friendly, a hard worker, and open to coaching.

Our company works with landlords in New York City to lease 4 bedroom apartments, we furnished the bedrooms and rent them to qualified young professionals on flexible sub-lease terms. Your job is to manage and qualify all the leads the sales team has generated. A perfect prospect is a young man or woman who is moving to New York seeking to find an apartment that already comes with furniture and roommates. Our ideal prospects have a job or have parents who pay for their rent and have no pets. The bedrooms are rented to only one person (no couples).
- Pre-qualify prospects before scheduling them to see apartments in person. Need to find out if prospects have either a good job, have support from family, university support or large savings in bank.
- Scheduling appointments for the prospects to see apartments, messaging current residents who are moving out, find out their work schedule and connect prospect to current resident so they can see apartment
- Once a prospect is qualified you will pass these prospects to Eugene to sign contracts.
- Answer all incoming messages / calls to our [login to view URL] CRM, send messages using [login to view URL] to prospects added to the [login to view URL] CRM.
- Oversee accuracy of prospect information in Airtable and Freshworks
- Oversee virtual assistant who manages airbnb and other real estate platforms, to make sure virtual assistant is listing accurate advertisements and accurate calendar of availabilities.

We expect 2-3 hours of work per day during the week, 3 hours of work per day during the weekend. Looking for someone available 7 days a week and can work for at least one hour at 11:00 am EST and one hour at 6:00 pm EST.
- Advanced level of English (oral and written)
- Experience in call centers, sales or customer service (6 months minimum)
- Speed in learning processes
- Must have a quiet space to work, free from distractions, a reliable computer / smartphone and quick internet connection.
