There are millions of Russian-speaking business owners outside Russia — in Kazakhstan, in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, in Moldova, in Israel, in Germany. They run garages, clinics, shops, construction firms, logistics companies, restaurants. They are approached by local agencies in Latvian, Hebrew, German or Kazakh, in a language that is not the one they do business in, by people who do not understand how they operate.
