I work with a lending company that offers both secured and unsecured personal loans to individual borrowers. I’m looking for an experienced phone-based and face to face salesperson who can take warm and cold leads, explain our loan products clearly, qualify the prospect’s eligibility, and guide them through application to approval. You’ll be speaking exclusively with individuals, so the ability to build quick rapport, simplify financial terms, and overcome common objections is essential. Calls will be made from your own setup; I’ll supply the dialing list, product brochures, and a basic script that you’re free to refine as long as compliance wording remains intact. To keep everything transparent, I’ll need: • Daily call logs with outcome notes (interested, follow-up, not qualified, converted) • Recordings of successful pitches for quality review • A weekly summary showing total contacts, applications started, and loans funded Familiarity with CRM tools, basic KYC requirements, and local lending regulations will help you hit the ground running. If you’ve closed personal loans over the phone before and have the persistence to hit ambitious conversion targets, let’s talk and get the first batch of calls rolling.
