We are a small U.S. based Sneaker care business. We offer cleaning and restoration services for sneakers. We are seeking a talented freelancer to manage our communication across all of our communication channels. Task will include but not limited to:
Daily and weekly meetings
Provide order updates
Inbound and outbound sales calls
Resolve customer issues
We're looking for an experienced customer support agent to provide professional and friendly service through our phone, email, and live-chat channels. This person should have a passion for helping others and be able to stay calm under pressure.
This project requires:
- Customer support experience in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent writing skills in English
- Ideal candidate should be familiar with help desk software experience with Zendesk preferred.
