What We're Looking For An experienced healthcare sales professional who can: Generate leads and close deals with healthcare providers Build long-term relationships with medical practices, hospitals, and provider groups Understand the medical billing and coding industry Work independently with minimal supervision Target Clients Hospitals and health systems Provider groups and medical practices Specialty clinics (cardiology, orthopedics, dermatology, etc.) Insurance companies and managed care organizations Healthcare networks requiring outsourced billing services Services to Promote Medical coding and billing services Risk adjustment coding Revenue cycle management (RCM) Claims processing and denial management Practice management consulting Commission Structure 15% of first invoice from each new client you bring 5% recurring monthly commission for 12 months per active account No cap on earnings - unlimited income potential Transparent reporting - you'll receive monthly statements Fast payments - commissions paid within 15 days of client payment Requirements 3+ years experience in healthcare sales, medical billing, or RCM industry Proven track record of B2B sales in healthcare sector Existing network of healthcare contacts preferred US-based or familiar with US healthcare market Strong communication skills - phone, email, presentation abilities Self-motivated and results-driven CRM experience for lead tracking and reporting
