Malaysia-based Sales & Outreach Assistant Needed (Junior)

I’m looking for a Malaysia-based freelance Sales & Outreach Assistant to help contact local businesses in Shah Alam, Selangor, and Klang Valley. This is a flexible part-time project suitable for students, fresh graduates, entry-level freelancers, or anyone who wants practical experience in sales, outreach, digital marketing, and startup growth. I will provide the business contact list, sample messages, offer details, and simple tracking sheet. Your role will be to reach out to businesses via WhatsApp, email, or social media, follow up professionally, track replies, and help arrange calls or website review sessions with interested business owners. You do not need to build the prospect list from scratch. The main focus is communication, follow-up, and helping create conversations with local business owners. ## Requirements * Must be based in Malaysia * Preferably based in Shah Alam, Selangor, or Klang Valley * Good English and Bahasa Malaysia communication * Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, Google Sheets, and social media * Friendly, organised, polite, and confident communicating with business owners * Able to follow up consistently and update a simple tracker * Mandarin or Tamil is a bonus This is a part-time freelance project with fixed monthly pay plus performance incentives for qualified meetings or successful client conversions. A short paid trial may be arranged first to make sure it is a good fit. This is not a one-off task. You need them to do ongoing outreach, follow-ups, reply tracking, and maybe adjust messaging based on responses. Hourly is safer because you can start small and stop if the quality is not good.
