Local BharatPe Sales Representative

I am ready to add a full-time, on-roll Sales Representative to the BharatPe team to accelerate our presence in the local market. Your core mission will be twofold: consistently generate high-quality merchant leads and keep me informed with fresh, data-backed market intelligence so we stay ahead of competitors and regulatory changes. Day-to-day you will: • Scout and qualify new merchants in the area, capturing contact details, transaction volumes, and pain points. • Conduct structured market research—pricing audits, competitor product comparisons, and consumer trend spotting—and translate findings into concise weekly summaries. • Feed both streams of information into our CRM, ensuring the pipeline and insight dashboards stay accurate and actionable. Success will be measured by the number of conversion-ready leads you add each week and the clarity and usefulness of your market reports. Expect regular field time, close coordination with our onboarding and risk teams, and the freedom to recommend local marketing tactics or product tweaks when your research uncovers gaps.
