Life Insurance Field Sales Executive

I’m looking for an on-field sales professional who can actively meet individual prospects, explain our life-insurance offerings in person, and turn those conversations into signed policies. Your day will revolve around prospecting within assigned localities, arranging face-to-face meetings, presenting plan benefits clearly, and handling all paperwork until the proposal is logged and the first premium is collected. Good communication is critical; you’ll often be someone’s first real introduction to life insurance, so simplifying terms and building quick rapport determine your success. I’ll provide basic product training, marketing collateral, and access to our mobile CRM so every lead, follow-up, and conversion is tracked in real time. Deliverables & expectations • Minimum weekly target of qualified individual leads generated and visited • Signed policy applications that meet compliance checks • Daily CRM updates on visits, objections, and next actions I’ll measure performance by the volume of completed policies against weekly targets and the accuracy of your CRM logs.
