I'm looking to launch an influencer marketing campaign for a SAAS product. My target audience is both B2B and B2C, and I'm hoping to collaborate with micro-influencers. The goal of the campaign is to drive lead generation for the product. I'm ready to move forward with the project and I'm looking for an experienced freelancer to help me make it happen.
1. Lead Generation: Research and create a list of potential influencers, creators, blogs, and other relevant parties.
2. Initial Contact: Send out templated initial contact emails or messages to gauge interest.
3. Appointment Setting: If a lead expresses interest, the VA can handle scheduling calls or meetings for you.
4. Follow-up: If someone doesn't respond, the VA can handle follow-up messages.
5. Database Management: Keep a database of contacts, categorize them (e.g., warm lead, cold lead, partner, etc.), and track all interactions.
6. Content Coordination: If you've agreed to provide influencers with specific content (e.g., media kits, brand guidelines, sample products), the VA can ensure they get what they need.
7. Feedback Collection: After collaborations, the VA can send out feedback forms to gather insights.
8. Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly reports on outreach statistics: how many reached out to, how many responded, conversion rates, etc.
